While my experience has been positive for the most part, I think there are some issues that need to be addressed. It seems that when we receive trip offers, many times they are received well after the scheduled pick-up time, or way too early. Since the passengers don't know that this is something that we, as drivers don't have any control over, we are the ones they complain to.
