If you want a bank disguising itself as a credit union this is the one. They will fee you to death just like a bank. I left Chase because of the rude customer service and Vibe is no better. The amount of condescending people you will meet on the phone is almost every conversation. The 2 stars is because of the lady that set me up with the account was quite a nice person. The best bank I have ever dealt with! 24 hours or less decision on approval. If not approved they work out a game plan with you on how to get approved! I’ve been working with Theresa for 6 years now and she has helped me get loans I thought I would never get approved for!
