The branch manager , Anna , and entire staff are welcoming , courteous, and informative. I feel secure financially banking and doing business here. I had a question re: mobile app and the Vibe agent (Laurie) via phone was awesome also , solved both issues I had and was super friendly AND knowledgeable. 5 Stars at VIbe Credit Union
I have been with this Credit Union since March1970 and have been very happy here. Needed to apply for a credit card and Cindy Fink, The Loan Specialist, helped me. Cindy was very polite, helpful and concerned. She guided me through the entire loan process with patience. She made sure all my questions were answered and she assured me she was there for me then and later, if I needed her. I was very relaxed with Cindy and appreciate all the help she gave me from beginning to end.
I have been banking with Vibe for 5 years now. I started my account with the amazing Katrina over at the Berkley MI location, my experience has been nothing but amazing wouldn’t want to bank anywhere else. Thank you to Lucy D also she made getting a loan the easiest process ever and she was very fast with responding to me.

I've been with vibe for many years. I had a issue once with a car loan on a rebuilt title, but apologies were made and now days they will accept rebuilt cars. Mistakes happen! I've been pretty content with my credit union' its a good bank with good people! They get to know you and will address you by name when you walk in the door. I recently got another car loan that went through so smoothly and my assistant was so friendly, you can't ask for more!!!! Great job vibe
