My experience has not been Great. On my end I seem to keep getting locked out of my account. I was trying to see if my account was okay,or negative. If so I wanted to come and deposit some money so it will be positive. I'm changing passwords too often, which is why I am locked out. I'm just going to have to come inside, instead of online.
I called Ann Perry at VCU location at the Royal Oak location with a stressful situation I had. Ann called me back the same day with options too help resolve my situation. I highly recommend VCU and Ann to anyone who is not happy with there current financial institution.
David Augustyniak is an amazing lending specialist. A few months ago, transferred from a bank to this credit union for checking, savings, direct deposit, and now loan and couldn't be happier with my decision.
