I’m a member of Vibe Credit Union. I went in to apply for a small loan. I explained everything that, I will be paying the loan back within 3 to 4 weeks. And when I needed help, I was highly disappointed when I went to Vibe Credit Union for help. My non-union Bank went above and beyond to accommodate me in helping me get a loan. And I will never forget that.
I would give it zero stars if I could. Don't count on their 3rd party fraud department to help if your credit card number gets stolen. 3 phone calls later and all the charges went through even though I was assured my account was safe. Good thing they don't open until 10 on Wednesdays (for employee training I'm told) so that you can actually talk to someone to try and get your drained bank account back. Banking hours start at 9 and so should your locations.
Vibe Credit Union simply is the best credit union. It's comprised of very nice professionals who geniuely care about its members and their financial needs & goals. I highly recommend banking with Vibe if you are currently not a member. Join! Ask for Ms. Samantha B. She's the best!!!!!!
David Augustyniak has always been very helpful and VERY knowledgeable. He is also very nice and personable to work with. If you have any questions he is there to help.
With my back injury I just love the tall chairs that you had to make me comfortable and your stuff was so nice and Ms Dee she is my star anytime I need service I'm calling her first she knows her business and she's a beautiful person
