I'm disappointed to say the least that I have to find a new doctor. All of a sudden my doctor has become rude, short temper, called me and I could not even complete an entire word before he was cutting me off and I was only stating that I needed some pain medicine. My pharmacy had gotten my blood pressure medicine mixed up I was just calling to get clarity and he just went off. I will be retrieving my medical records and moving on.... I visited Victor Peralta, MD @ MD Medical, Topcare Medical, Mi Doctor inArlington, Texas on June 6, 2023 for refills. Not only was this Dr rude to me by talking over me & not listening to me.....He refused to refill my meds. I will never visit this establishment again!
I have been on hold for over 30 minutes, and yes I have screenshots of this. My son is sick and needed to see a doctor, this is the only person that accepts his insurance, and I can't even get an answer!!! After already dealing with the insurance company for over an hour this is not what I needed.
Waited a while but it was worth it. Staff and doctor were very kind and professional. I was worked in last minute and everything was explained thoroughly!
Wait time reasonable. Doctor listens well. Rooms are small. Don't give blood there.
