Working with Jiao was easy! He went through all the steps to perform an account transfer patiently and properly. I was treated kindly and fairly. On top of that quality service, these units are spacious, clean, secure and easy to access. Nothing but great things to say about Victor Self Storage! I highly recommend them!
Rose was great at assisting me getting set up with the right unit for our needs. She was patient and answered all my questions thoroughly.
I had the most pleasant customer service experience with Laiza, who was professional, courteous and quickly responded to my request. It was a pleasure working with her. I would like to share another positive customer service review experience that I had with Ryan, on December 3, 2024, which had to do with an account computer glitch that had occured. He patiently went through all the documentation, found a solution to the issue and fixed it. Now, this is customer service at its best.
Update - the climate controlled unit was great for my stuff. I called today for instructions to cancel because I no longer need the space and Jay was very helpful and made it easy to take the next steps. I highly recommend these units. When I spoke to Sam to set up my storage unit, she was incredibly helpful and responsive. I have rented a unit at this facility before and had a very easy experience. This time I am switching to a climate controlled one so we will see how that goes.
Nobody staffs the office, so you have to sign up for the space online, which was a headache. Tried on both my phone and computer several times and the screens kept freezing up, told me fields were invalid when they weren't etc. The Chat feature was useless and probably a robot. I was about to give up and go somewhere else but decided to phone and see if I could deal with a human.
