The storage area is fine but customer service has been challenging. Someone was in our spot accidentally, and they did nothing for a month. Then they moved us to another spot that didn’t even fit our rig (after spending an hour on the phone and signing a bunch of new stuff). Luckily, our old spot was vacant again, but we had sign even more documents, including asking for Insurance documents, vin #s etc. again, which has been on our account for the 3 years we’ve been renting from them! Nice facility. They offer an RV dump station which is a wonderful option that most storage facilities do not offer. Unfortunately, I had to sell my RV and had to cancel my storage unit. Angela was very helpful, professional and friendly in the process of doing this.
Responsive employees. Even though this facility is managed remotely, everything went smoothly. The place is clean, secure, and in a good location.
