I had a very good experience with Jay who helped me through tge process of renting a unit. Very professional, informative and patient. He answered all of my questions was efficient walking me through the entire process. Pleased so far. I just rented the unit yesterday.
Rose did a fantastic job of getting me on boarded and all set up. The place is modern, neat, clean, and easy to access 24 hours a day. They also have a nice monitor locking technology that you use to lock your unit.
Satisfied customer for 2 years now. Ryan was able to help me on the phone quickly and professionally in applying my home owners insurance to my storage unit account. The facility is convenient, close, clean, and nicely maintained.
The storage area is fine but customer service has been challenging. Someone was in our spot accidentally, and they did nothing for a month. Then they moved us to another spot that didn’t even fit our rig (after spending an hour on the phone and signing a bunch of new stuff). Luckily, our old spot was vacant again, but we had sign even more documents, including asking for Insurance documents, vin #s etc. again, which has been on our account for the 3 years we’ve been renting from them!
