Nice facility. They offer an RV dump station which is a wonderful option that most storage facilities do not offer. Unfortunately, I had to sell my RV and had to cancel my storage unit. Angela was very helpful, professional and friendly in the process of doing this.
Customer service was very quick, kind and helpful - Aly was great!
Customer service is horrendous. I reserved the unit online, there’s no one ever available in person or over the phone. When they do contact you they keep you on the phone for an hour at a time without accomplishing anything. I provided our HOI policy which covers storage units in order to waive the victor storage unit insurance. They told me I had to transfer the unit into my husband’s name to match the name on the HOI. Responsive employees. Even though this facility is managed remotely, everything went smoothly. The place is clean, secure, and in a good location.
