My insurance company found lifestance and they have changed my life for the better. Provided me with a great psychiatrist and later a well fit therapist. You can’t have one without the other, they both go hand in hand.
Despite having insurance, i was billed for self-pay. The front desk folks were very nice and i believe they are working to resolve this for me. Im disappointed that this wasnt processed or caught in QC/QA before my appointment.
I like it very much! Mr. Taylor is very helpful to me. And it's very easy to book an appointment, although there are times ⏲️ when there's a high call 📞 volume.
I was very pleased with my first visit. The staff is awesome and I’m glad I chose to come here.
