Do not, I repeat, do not go to this woman for your mental health issues!!! I wish I had seen all of the poor reviews on her before I chose her. She is unprofessional across the board! Dismissive, rude, doesn’t listen, in a rush to push you out the door, and has zero personality! Talked to me like I was a second class citizen. I’ve been in counseling since 2009 PTSD, and all that goes with it. I’m new to the area, found her, and clicked! She is a five star listener, empathetic and right off wanted to r me to a specialist. I was so thankful! To make a long story short. My referral for ECT was supposedly to be done 4.5 months ago. After numerous requests with no results, from myself and the ECT office, I finally had to ask Mr. Henderson, Ms. Brooks, manager, for help. Me. Henderson resolved the situation within 24 hours! Victoria listens and adjusts medications accordingly. The appointments are efficient. Virtual access is great! Thank you to Victoria!
Mrs. Brooks was unable to help me with my anxiety disorder due to me being on pain medication. I was told by Mr. Henderson, the director over medication, that she was scared to prescribe any anxiety medication when someone is on pain medication. Even though I was on valium when I first meet Mrs. Brooks. So if you are on any kind of pain medication at all I don't recommend going to her. She is not an actual psychologist.
