She was pretty unhelpful. Despite not having access to psychiatric care in a long time and experiencing a severe amount of psychological distress in that time, set our next appointment a month later. When I expressed my frustrations, she told me that if I felt more comfortable with someone else, I should just go to them and dropped me as a patient.
Ms Brooks is so helpful and understanding about my treatment plan. She listens to me and helps me make good decisions to treat my anxiety.
Great location, easy to find and the staff are very welcoming and professional. Both times I’ve been there, my experience has always been great. Highly recommend them.
