I have been here way more than I ever wanted to, but I have 3 boys, and it seems to have been inevitable. We had to have a cast check yesterday and we saw Em the nurse. She was amazing. Kind and caring as well as being professional and really, really good at doing a proper cobra cast. A shout out too to Sam the Dr we saw on Sunday. He was lovely to deal with too. I am rarely disappointed when we use Victoria Medical and now me and my kids refuse to go anywhere else.
Went to Victoria clinic. Reception said 2hr wait so we left. Just left carpark and Reception phoned to say dr. Just called you so come back as you will be next as you are urgent. 2hrs later still not seen. Patients coming in after me and being seen before me. This is so disappointing. I am very disappointed with this service today. It feels like Reception only called me back to make me wait. I will not go back to this clinic.
