Dr. Lanaris and her team have been the most difficult non-responsive group I have ever encountered. We have had stellar service from Loyola in the past, however I would not recommend Dr Linares, particularly if you are elderly. They are non-responsive to messages in MyChart, to direct messages and quite frankly seem to not care about the patient in general.
