I attached a very deceitful email I received from the Finance manager Reza Asober at Victory Chrysler, a man I really trusted. We of course called the dealership to inquire if we could use the money for a costly repair that is not covered under warranty and has not been recalled. A friend bought a Jeep, after some time an accident totalled the Jeep. The GAP insurance they force you to get took 6 months to cover the part the insurance didn't and wound up going against his credit. Just a big scam. He followed the instructions he was given from the start and they still have him the run-around for 6 months and the have the nerve to report it against his credit. The service manager and service writer have lied to us, then ignored us and then treated us rudely for an issue that they caused and then could not repair. Stay away from this dealership!!
