We needed to get new windows on a 125 year old home. We met with the team from Victory that explained the process and the value proposition. The demo by the sales team was thorough, answering every question we had. The follow-up by the project manager was very professional and informative of how we needed to prepare and what to expect on the install date. The install team was efficient and very clean. The company was professional & on time with appts & work. The window we installed is of good quality & the installers were professional & they cleaned up all debris. Window was $3000 less than our Anderson quote and is a better window and warranty than Anderson!
Our windows were in bad shape, we are glad that we met with Victory Home remodelling guys, they showed the demonstration which made us comfortable to ahead with the Project. The consultants were knowledgeable and patient to go through the process with me. I was given good discount. The installers were polite and respectful. They did a great job.
