We needed to get new windows on a 125 year old home. We met with the team from Victory that explained the process and the value proposition. The demo by the sales team was thorough, answering every question we had. The follow-up by the project manager was very professional and informative of how we needed to prepare and what to expect on the install date. The install team was efficient and very clean. I purchased 23 double hung windows from Victory Home Remodeling. All I can say is I am amazed at how well the project was executed. The delivery date was accurate, and the install date was spot on. The company was professional & on time with appts & work. The window we installed is of good quality & the installers were professional & they cleaned up all debris. Window was $3000 less than our Anderson quote and is a better window and warranty than Anderson!
I cannot say enough about Victory Home Remodeling!!! 5 stars is NOT enough!! Entire process from initial sales rep Matthew to estimate by Christian to finished work was NOTHING less than perfect!!! Our windows were in bad shape, we are glad that we met with Victory Home remodelling guys, they showed the demonstration which made us comfortable to ahead with the Project. The consultants were knowledgeable and patient to go through the process with me. I was given good discount. The installers were polite and respectful. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.
