I am very pleased to be a patient at Victory at Bee Cave; My doctor is always professional and she actually learns about her patients. She is cordial and friendly at all times and provides the best of her service. She is what i call a doctor that not only provides her service but truly care about the well being of her patients. My experience with my doctor was great. I didn't wait long and she took her time going over my blood work. I was very encouraged on how well I have done on keeping my sugar down.

I am so impressed with the immediate response from the pharmacy once they receive orders from the doctor. I am contacted almost immediately that my prescription is ready. And, being able to pay before they fill it is very convenient for me. They get A+ for the quick response and ease completing my order.

The staff at Victory is always friendly and efficient. I filled out pre-check in ahead of time online so the in-person checkin was completed in seconds. Dr and her staff are timely and thorough. Phlebotomists always have a difficult time drawing my blood but Kimberly didn’t let that stop her from making jokes and taking on the challenge with good humor. I highly recommend Victory for their staff, ease of scheduling, accommodating hours, and respect for patients’ time.
