I have always had such great experiences with Nurse Bolek at Victory Medical. She takes the time and listens to your concerns and comes up with a plan to address your health issues. She’s very thorough and kind and she really cares about her patients. She responds quickly on the patient portal when I have questions and if I need to get in for urgent care she makes time to find an appointment for me. I highly recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Hadley did a great job helping me. I had an annual physical and he took the time to answer my questions. I’ve been a patient at Victory Medical for over 10 years. I highly recommend!!

I had an amazing experience from check-in to check-out. The entire team is kind, professional, and truly makes you feel cared for. I’ve been a patient here for years, and while my primary doctor is Dr. Prajapati—whom I absolutely adore—every doctor I’ve seen at this location has been wonderful. The level of care and professionalism across the whole team is consistently excellent. I’m very grateful to have found such a great medical practice.
Victory Medical Westlake is always easy to go to . The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wait time has always been 5 minutes. Bailey Johnson LPN is always thorough, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. It’s great to have someplace to go to when needed with such ease, and to be treated with the best medical care.
