Alexandria was great, patient, considerate and helpful. The only negative was we had to wait 45 minutes even though we were the first ones in the building that morning. Our next appointment was at the main victory. Medical for ultrasound and Ka was wonderful and he got us in at the exact time of our appointment which we really appreciated.
Going to the doctor can be many things, but at Victory Med it is a lovely experience! Easy, efficient, friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Sarita, she is such a knowledgeable and competent physician. Extremely easy to talk to and you really feel like you’re in good hands. I also had bloodwork done and I’ve been raving all day to friends and family about Raul! Patricia Rodriguez is the best! I’ve been seeing her for several years and she never disappoints. She is attentive, and listens to her patients concerns. She communicates well through the portal and I appreciate that most of all. She is my go to for health care. I highly recommend her. Victory Medical is a very good Health Care Facility.
Highly recommend Victory Medical/ Ralph Hadley for your medical needs. The staff is amazing and take great care to listen and provide excellent resolution and clarity for all concerns. They have taken extraordinary care of my mom who has had health challenges and see us when needed for safe and sound advice/ medications/ and provide necessary and common sense approaches. I have been going to Ralph Hadley for many, many years. I moved to Georgetown, Texas, four years ago, and I will still drive 50 minutes anytime I need an appointment with him. He is truly the backbone of that entire practice, and his nurse Prescila is absolutely the best as well. They feel like family / friends because that is exactly how they treat you.
