I’ve been a patient at Victory Medical Center, for over 15 years. I have a myriad of health issues and am seen on a regular basis, so I’m extremely picky when it comes to coding my health care provider. My experience yesterday was great. The nurse that saw me first was nice and efficient. Dr. Hadley was great. He was very thorough and wanted to make sure the medication he was prescribing was the best thing for me. We even talked about a doctor we both new who did surgery on me about 30 years ago. He's a nice guy.
Great care and fast. I've had a positive experience with every doctor, nurse and PA I've seen at both Victory locations. I've been seeing Ralph Hadley for years and he is kind, thorough, and really listens to his patients. I always feel like I'm in good hands.
I went to the clinic as a walk-in. I had to weight to be seen at least 40 minutes. I had a bad sore throat. I was tested for strep, it was negative. I was ask to have a covid taste at home and call back if it was positive.
I like the enhancement of the exterior and serenity of the office this morning 10:30 am . Thanks to Steve making me comfortable as a male doing my US and NP Bailey for getting me right on track with my many diagnoses. The Drs visit always starts well mentally when front desk has great customer service no stress of finances and insurance. Hope to see NP Barbara B some time again and congratulations to her😉
