The staff at Victory is always friendly and efficient. I filled out pre-check in ahead of time online so the in-person checkin was completed in seconds. Dr and her staff are timely and thorough. Phlebotomists always have a difficult time drawing my blood but Kimberly didn’t let that stop her from making jokes and taking on the challenge with good humor. I highly recommend Victory for their staff, ease of scheduling, accommodating hours, and respect for patients’ time.
Ralph Hadley, PA has been my primary medical provider for 15 or 20 years. He’s calm, knowledgeable, thorough and spends the time needed to answer questions and provide advice. He inquires about my specialist doctors and notes the advice and treatments I’ve received from them. I had to wait a bit longer than usual today, but I am willing to accept that in lieu of a rushed exam. Other staff were friendly helpful and competent.
I want to begin by saying this review is solely for the Billing Department at Victory Medical and the person I've been mostly communicating with, which is Nicole Ticer. It's been nearly an entire year that this issue has been going on, and it still isn't rectified, and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. I have been a patient at Victory Medical for close to five years. During this time I have experienced exceptional care and attention from all staff, particularly from my primary care physician. She goes out of her way to address all my issues not only during my visits but also by preparing ahead of time. I am extremely satisfied!
Ralph Hadley PA is absolutely wonderful! He really takes his time during our appointments and makes sure we feel completely comfortable. And let's not forget his amazing medical assistant, Pauline—she's simply the best! Together, they make a fantastic team!
