It is rare to find a doctor, that employs a PA - Melissa Gabrielle, that cares about my health in a meaningful way. Actually every doctor that I have seen at Victory Medical has gone above and beyond, the staff, the pharmacists. The Nurses are awesome. I have Long Covid, and have seen at least 10 specialists with less knowledge about this chronic condition. There is no Protocol for Long Covid. Was looking for a new PCP after my daughter’s pediatrician retired. Victory Medical Westlake is absolute trash. Inefficient administration. Siloed staff. Incomplete medical care. Sent me a bill in the mail showing my insurance covered 95% of the procedures, I owed less than $15 on the statement I received in the mail. I was unaware I even received a bill in the mail as I live in an apartment and don't check the mail frequently. This statement was issued 10/17, however less than a month later, 11/04 I receive a call from a debt collector in India claiming I owe over $650 dollars to Victory medical and that I can pay it directly through his website.
