Ever time there is maintenance work done, it's quick and easy. One of the better rental places I've lived.
I rented at Victory Place for 2 years. Living there was just fine, and maintenance was great, but there are definitely management issues. When reserving the apartment, the property manager told me that she lived across the street and at it had to be Rossford Schools (important for my son). It is NOT, and turned out to be Lake Local. I was very fortunate Rossford had open enrollment, and my son was accepted for 2 years, but this past summer they ran out of space and had to deny him. Excellent place to live! Great maintenance staff.
Fantastic place to live. Mecca is among the best property management companies in NW Ohio. Quiet. Comfortable. Not a single issue over the last several years I have been here. Would not hesitate to recommend Mecca Management Update- suspect property is under new management. Issues with maintenance fixing issues. AC has been broken for over 1 month. Still not fixed after several requests.
Beautiful place to live, I love the structural lay out, clean quite and most importantly I feel safe here. Management responds quickly. Nice appliances. I moved here a year ago from California, this is my 2nd place and I wish I saw it a year ago...
