The clinic is nice, clean, bright & easily accessible to me. However, trying to get an appointment with their sole therapist, the lovely Amy has been so difficult since they've reduced their staff (staff left and another moved to their central London branch). I've literally had to wait up to a couple of months to get a late evening or weekend appointment. The aqua facial was only an occasional treat because of this, and it was affordable for me. Really warm and helpful reception team. Everyone was very accommodating. Doctor was so friendly and professional - she took the time to listen to my needs, take a medical history and made sure I definitely needed my B12 injection. I felt in very safe hands and the price was very reasonable. Incredible results too, my fatigue has lifted already. I will definitely be coming back. This was my first experience of private healthcare and I highly recommend this clinic.
I have a skin condition where I have white calcium spots on my face. I had a treatment for this and they’re all gone. My skin looks fresh and clear and I’m much more confident. Thank you for your thorough and wonderful service. I am so happy. Thanks again.
