View at Estancia is a beautiful property! This is due to the amazing maintenance staff. Alan is not only professional and knowledgeable, but he is the hardest working maintenance worker. I see him walking around doing tasks to make the residents living experience here all the time, even after hours, he can be seen cleaning the pool to make sure it is always tempting to spend time there.
