Suffered from allergies for a few weeks. Called Vic's on Bee Caves, Austin TX on Sunday Oct 2, around 10 am. Was seen immediately. Very efficient parallel check-in process! 1.) Competent front desk (Mariah?) 2.) Competent nurse (female) 3.) Competent doctor (Cluadia Guzman) Treated and payed cash (amount the price of a nice dinner for two), the cost was 1/2 of what they projected before arriving.The whole process was an hour including driving home. Vik is a great place for medical care of all kinds. Every member of our family, from parents to toddler, have gone to Vik for various aliments - rashes, fractured bones, sore throat - you name it! It's clean, quiet and the medical team are so polite and knowledgable. I also love that we can just drop in and don't need an appointment!
