We took care of our mother for several years before she required a professional level of care that we could no longer provide in our home. Thankfully, we found The Villa in Rose City through Respite Care, which made for a smooth transition to full time care when the time came. The Villa is fully staffed, with no shortages of help available at all times. My mother has had a few stay's there lately, and each time the staff has done an amazing job of taking care of her. Very friendly and helpful all of the time, very clean and always puts all the residents at there top priority. Marcie checked on my mother several times during her stay just to make sure all was well. I have had multiple family members in this facility and am always impressed by the care, cleanliness and coordination of care of this facility. Everyone there, all of them work hard to make it a real caring place.
This is my first time ever leaving a one star review of any business but I felt it was important for the care of patients. I am a pharmacist and have seen terrible patient care to the patients at this community. Medications are often prescribed wrong- and when we try to clarify with the doctor they refuse to help in any way. The last nurse I spoke to said "no thanks" and hung up on me. This has prevented us from dispensing medications that patients need because they would cause more damage to the patient from the way the dr ... read more
Having to put my 34 YO Downs daughter in the Villa for short term rehab had me very nervous but the entire staff has been absolutely amazing. They are taking great care of her and being very attentive to her and her needs ❤️ I highly recommend The Villa of Rose City.
