My husband was a resident at the Villa at Silverbell Estates. He needed to be there as his Lewy Body Dementia began to progress as the disease always does. The Villa was the perfect place for him. The staff is amazing. They are kind, compassionate and put the residents first. The staff seem to keep in mind that their residents have good days and not so good days. I appreciate all that the facility did for me during my stay. I was there almost four months the staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for placement. They have a lot to offer. I was a little skeptical about coming at first with the reviews although after coming I would say that those are not accurate. The residents that are at the facility are so happy they are always smiling and to me that means a lot.

Less than one Star . My Mom was here Summer of 2021. Absolutely horrible Place. I will never forget how awful my Mom was treated here. She was neglected, starved and I was only able to visit her once for the total 2 months she was. Here. She was rushed to the hospital twice in coma as she was severly malnourished , dehydrated , bruised up. Total and disgusting neglect. They did nothing to help her. They took her money though . This was during the Pandemic no care, no compassion. Despicable.

The staff was amazing. They provided a place for us to complete some needed documentation and treated us with respect.

My mother did not receive the care she needed. Also lost her insurance while she was there.
