I appreciate all that the facility did for me during my stay. I was there almost four months the staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for placement. They have a lot to offer. I was a little skeptical about coming at first with the reviews although after coming I would say that those are not accurate. The residents that are at the facility are so happy they are always smiling and to me that means a lot.
Less than one Star . My Mom was here Summer of 2021. Absolutely horrible Place. I will never forget how awful my Mom was treated here. She was neglected, starved and I was only able to visit her once for the total 2 months she was. Here. She was rushed to the hospital twice in coma as she was severly malnourished , dehydrated , bruised up. Total and disgusting neglect. They did nothing to help her. They took her money though . This was during the Pandemic no care, no compassion. Despicable.
It was nice, quiet, clean and compassionate!! Every request I made was quickly addressed!!!!!
Staff members do their best to keep residents, healthy, and comfortable. You might think about giving some volunteer time to help them with their never-ending job.
CNAs are very good. Patient and caring. Hubby bedbound they are so good with him. As a family member.......make sure you visit. The Patient needs it. 🙏🙂🦋🌺
