Physical therapy was very great for Dorthy. Lunch time was slow going. Dinner carts were sitting 20 min. Before a care giver came. Otherwise the guests seem happy.
We enjoyed a delicious Thanksgiving dinner there today— great job all! Very friendly staff taking good care of my sister-in-law Becky Drake !

Our experience at Villa By The Bay has been very positive and the continuing care provided for my father has been terrific over the past 2 plus months. The staff has been very helpful from the move in process and moving forward. The nursing staff is attentive to any needs and has been in communication with my wife or myself when necessary. My experience with the Villa at the Bay is quite positive. The facility is well cared for and clean. The staff is fantastic! They are under staffed, just like everywhere else, but they are pleasant and happy as they tend to their residents. The PT crew is very dedicated to getting their patients strong and self sufficient, safely. The culinary team does a very nice job providing nutritious meals.
