The staff are professional, kind and friendly. The facility and rooms are kept clean. The patients needs are met in a timely manner. I was at the Villa at the Bay for rehab almost 2 months. Unfortunately the meals for the residents are often cold and not very nutritionally acceptable. Hot dogs 2 times in one week with no buns. Often the meat served is of poor quality and flavor.
