Physical therapy was very great for Dorthy. Lunch time was slow going. Dinner carts were sitting 20 min. Before a care giver came. Otherwise the guests seem happy.

After he passed away, it took months to get that pre-payment of $6000 back, minus the day he spent there. I called numerous times with no action. After calling the corporate office in Illinois numerous times, I finally received the credit. Don't get me started on the Polaris pharmacy that Villa works with.
