horrible place, the lady at the desk is rude talked to was rude and disrespectful talking about my mother, my mom mentioned that she needed someone to help wrap her leg wound up but was too anxious and nervous to ask because the staff is completely rude , lady at the desk says “shes a grown woman she yells and screams and can ask herself not have someone else do it for her “ mind you she’s disabled & had a stroke that left permanent trauma and damage. that was completely out of line and ridiculous. nobody answers the phone a... read more

This place is a disaster, infested with mice and bugs!!! Please don’t put your family here.They have terrible management. Management would rather get drunk instead of making sure the building is safe and ran effectively. They don’t care about staff or residents. Unqualified people are hired to care for these vulnerable residents. State have been notified several times, also corporate is well aware of the corruption in this building.

IAm a current appalled resident at the complete unprofessional ways of this cesspool of filth I spoke with a employee of the kitchen today to tell them that for 3 consecutive days ihad hair inMy food an iget asked what color seriously,because 2 of the chefs are bald then I explained that I went to eat my food and a fly flew out of my carrots 🥕 I was told that couldn’t of happened that there’s no flys in there kitchen the gnats and flies fight us for our food so that is more of the attitude of we don’t do anything wrong here... read more
