My mother is here for rehab after a fall. She likes it here and is well taken care of. She is close to friends and family. Thanks to the great staff and care. The food is also good ( per mom, which greatly helps)

Thank you, staff and others involved, for your hard work arranging the picnic today. It was fun and the entertainment really appropriate for all ages.

The residents looked happy and content. Was welcomed by everyone, weather it be staff or residents. My father is well loved and taken care of. My father's room is very plain, but ready for family to start decorating.

My mother looks better than she has in years. She loves being with people her own age. She actually has a social life again. I really appreciate the effort put into the different activities for the folks. They do many different types of activities and the people really seem to enjoy it. It is a load off my mind to know my mom is always cared for. I couldn’t ask for more.

I just want to give the West Branch Villa team a big THANK YOU for getting back into the routine with mom since she arrived back. They are making her feel like family and doing their best to help her get settled back in for now. It was nice to know they remembered her and want her to get better! I like that we have the same goals to get her back home! You are greatly appreciated!
