Very unprofessional, inconsiderate people. I currently have am on my 4th day with no electricity and they show no sense of urgency to help when it’s a light post that has to be changed out by them because it was old, APS has came out more than once to fix and let me know what the next steps are. The manager of Roots owner is blaming me for the electric pole burning out and says they’re still going to fix it although it’s my fault however I could be out of a home for up to 4 weeks.
