Apartment living on the West side This lovley property is a nice place to live on the west side. IT is minutes away from downtown Kansas city Mo, the Plaza, and westport. It is right off of I-35 so it is convienently located. Nice clean affordable apt community for families.They offer 24 hour emergency maintenance, full time management team, and on site office.
All i have to say is that i love my apartment, the staff and the maintenance crew is just terrific.....this 2009 christmas snow storm was out in the weeeeeeee hours in the moring making sure that we have passage we to walk and drive glad my sister recommended me to move here...............plus i love my down town view and closeness to my job with the city
If you are looking for a loving project community here you go. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. Don't worry about going to KC Zoo just stop in here free admission from the office to the property. No assigned parking anyone can park anywhere. Not on the lease you can live there for free. So my recommendation is run.
One of the worst places to live! It might look nice on the outside but wait till you get a taste of the management and the disruptive neighbors! If your a Zoo-ologist then thats the place for you!. They can hold you to pen in hand to abide by your lease, but of course they can break there regulations at anytime! And of course there is no repercussion for them at all! A very disappointing...
make sure the apt is clean like u want it I been living in villa del sol and its nice from the outside . The land scaping is even nice. But the inside needs a big upgrade. the maintenance sucks big time. They only have two old men working and they are in ther 70's. Yes they are about 70 yrs old . Aint worth a dime. But Its very affordable. Its a great location if you live down down. But anyway, the town house that i live in need the...
