I just moved in and I love my apt 😌 it's the A3 floor plan in the new building 16 I must say it's very luxurious and the best part of it all it was a GREAT PRICE! The area as well is perfect 👌 easy access to everything my job, HEB, target , i really dont have to go far at all it's all walking distance. I just had a great customer service experience with a leasing agent, I came in with my forms/documents, and ideal price range and living space. And my standards were well met. We walked the unit and found the perfect one bedroom apartment first floor. Immediately I fell in love with unit, fresh paint, brand new floors. Fresh resurfaced countertop, And let me just say the AC was ( “ice cold” ). I love the fact they have a pool so I get my daily exercise. I highly recommend this place for the (price) is right! Villa Nueva is an amazing place to live! The community is always clean well kept and feels safe. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and well maintained with everything in great working order. What truly makes this place stand out is the management—absolutely awesome! They are friendly, professional, and quick to address any concerns. You can tell they’re generally care about the residence and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience here.
I’ve had an outstanding experience with both the maintenance team and the leasing agent. The leasing process was smooth, clear, and stress-free—every question I had was answered quickly, and they made me feel like a valued resident from day one. Maintenance is equally impressive: they respond promptly, communicate clearly about the work being done, and always leave everything in perfect condition. It’s rare to find a place where both leasing and maintenance go above and beyond, but here they truly do. Highly recommend!
