I had toured with Alyssa, the PM. She was very professional, and very thorough in explaining the leasing process to me. The complex was clean, the grounds were well kept, the amenities far exceeded my expectations, and the unit was nicely equipped. It ticked just about every box, and the only reason that I didn’t lease is because I am the caretaker for my elderly grandmother, and these were a bit farther of a drive in the case of a potential emergency. Alyssa and her team are hands down the best. Love being able to go in and be open with them. If you're honest and open they always find a resolution! Been here over the past year and management is really the best.

I just had a great customer service experience with a leasing agent, I came in with my forms/documents, and ideal price range and living space. And my standards were well met. We walked the unit and found the perfect one bedroom apartment first floor. Immediately I fell in love with unit, fresh paint, brand new floors. Fresh resurfaced countertop, And let me just say the AC was ( “ice cold” ). I love the fact they have a pool so I get my daily exercise. I highly recommend this place for the (price) is right! Let me just say by Far the WORST WHEN I SAY WORST apartments of my life thinking that I left the worst the worst APARTMENTS Ever look ima be short about it and real I moved in late December I believe when I moved in my ac was broken and not to mention my thermostat was broken too and it was left like that for a little bit more than a month oh wait my thermostat stayed broken I complained and complained and wanna know what all 3 employees told me including Jaqueline they said “ it’s winter right now that’s not a priority to f... read more
