I had toured with Alyssa, the PM. She was very professional, and very thorough in explaining the leasing process to me. The complex was clean, the grounds were well kept, the amenities far exceeded my expectations, and the unit was nicely equipped. It ticked just about every box, and the only reason that I didn’t lease is because I am the caretaker for my elderly grandmother, and these were a bit farther of a drive in the case of a potential emergency. I just had a great customer service experience with a leasing agent, I came in with my forms/documents, and ideal price range and living space. And my standards were well met. We walked the unit and found the perfect one bedroom apartment first floor. Immediately I fell in love with unit, fresh paint, brand new floors. Fresh resurfaced countertop, And let me just say the AC was ( “ice cold” ). I love the fact they have a pool so I get my daily exercise. I highly recommend this place for the (price) is right! Villa Nueva is an amazing place to live! The community is always clean well kept and feels safe. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and well maintained with everything in great working order. What truly makes this place stand out is the management—absolutely awesome! They are friendly, professional, and quick to address any concerns. You can tell they’re generally care about the residence and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience here.

After searching for something that was comfortable and accessible to my shopping needs & the professionalism I encountered from Alyssa & staff,I decided on Villa Nueva Apartments!.Clean & up to to date appliances freshly painted and I love the floor plan.
