I had such a wonderful experience here!! I called the office as a new patient and asked for help because my previous dentist was no longer in my insurance network. The office staff were very understanding and able to work me in much sooner than I expected. I saw Dr. Herman. He seemed extremely knowledgable/honest and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I understood. I'm excited to work with him and his staff going forward. Check this place out.

Hello, I scheduled an appointment with you guys for a toothache. You weren't able to diagnose the issue and recommend a specialist. I ended up getting a second opinion and the solution was very simple but due to not have an immediate care plan it will cost more due to it progressing. Please take time I had 6 cavities and 2 crowns and none of this was found by your company.

I have been a patient here for over 15 years. Sadly over the last several years, the office has really gone downhill but I stayed because I love my huge tidy. Every time I get a cleaning there is a different dentist but I ignored it because I never had any problems. However at my recent cleaning, I was advised at that the office was bought by a new dentist. Shouldn't letters have been sent giving me the option of staying with Dr. Gross?
