Change in management & taking away military benefits are a big red flag considering so many of the tenants serve. The amenities (pool, water hose which is described as a "car wash", playground, & sidewalks/streets) are always dirty. The gym isn't & hasn’t been available for the last year. I’ve put in several work orders for electrical issues, washing machine not working & plumbing issues that keep being marked off as complete yet are not repaired. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Me and my husband will be leaving here very soon and I wish this place would get better with staffing. The only person that did good here was a Hispanic lady who no longer is here unfortunately and Misty who also isn’t here anymore. They just keep filling and replacing people with nasty attitude. I love the apartments, it’s vary peaceful, Zack Moreau is a vary nice and sociable employee. He is vary helpful and he’s a great guy
Safety should be the number 1 priority on management's list but it seems to not be on their list at all. We were promised a gated community but the gates have not worked in MONTHS. I was told the cameras that are in place do not actually work, not to mention we are not in the best area. Open access to our community allows anyone to stroll into the complex and take their own look around. UPDATE: they still haven't fix the gate. We call the office and they say they don't have an estimate time. People from outside get in begging for money or leaving their pets behind inside the complex. I am so so disappointed.... I feel lied to and fooled. I WILL POST THIS BECAUSE I SAW THAT THEY TAKE THEIR TIME TO REPLY We like this apartment. It is beautiful and we feel mostly happy here.
