Skyler (Maintenance) and Bashley (Property Manager) are gradually working to improve and modernize this affordable community. Stylish floors, stainless steel appliances, and modern color schemes come standard with all floorplans. In the short time I have been associated with the property (Service Vendor), I've come to appreciate the quiet and well lit breezeways during early mornings/late nights.

My experience so far has been the friendly office and maintenance staff especially Miss Bashkey who’s always willing to go the extra mile to help me with any and every little thing !! She’s great ! Maintenance is very friendly and helpful as well!! I’m enjoying my new place !!

I have been here since April, 2022. We really love our apartment. All new appliances, and the rental process went very well. Omira, she's the resident manager, and she's amazing. Omira is very approachable, she listens to your concerns, and the rent price is very affordable. A great place to live. In October the fair is right across the street.

I have been a resident at Village Square for 5yrs. I have been through a few different management companies throughout my yrs living here but I have never felt such a heavenly vibe as I do now. The property manager Omaira has been a blessing to this community and to us the residents. We appreciate everything she and the team does to show that they care on a daily.
