Been living here for the semester, when we moved in the floor was extremely dirty, I mean you walked around on it for 5 mins and your socks are black. Ever since we moved in the dishwasher has been leaking and not working well at all. We always put in requests and they come to fix stuff but it doesn’t seem like they actually do anything since it starts leaking again a day later. The place is very good to stay. Very well maintained and a quite place. Rent is a little but high and now it is higher suddenly. Otherwise everything is good. You can choose your roommate also for sharing apartment. But the only problem is you have to take for atleast one session. You can't get it for a short term. There is a maintained gym, common area, indoor pool, dirt, study area..
Very deceptive maketing. Have only lived here for a semester but there are so many things wrong with the place already. It wasn't clean when we first arrived (greasy stove top, black grimy rings around the burners in the kitchen), the sidewalks and roads are plowed only once in the morning which pretty much forces you to walk through deep or dirty snow. We’ve had so many issues with you guys dealing with the hot tub and unfulfilling promises with activities going on in the club house. We just waited 45min for the Bills game watch party along with another group of girls just for no one to show up with the food and snacks promised. There’s no way I’m renewing I’m so sick of how much we’re paying. If I could put zero starts I would but I need at least one to be able to post.
One of the primary reasons I chose to live here was the advertised shuttle service. However, the actual experience has been significantly below expectations. The shuttle is frequently unreliable — sometimes arriving too early, sometimes too late — and it often prioritizes other apartment complexes, making it difficult for residents here to actually use the service.
