I had a wonderful experience at this medical center. From the moment I arrived, the nurses and staff were incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I want to thanks to the whole team especially Dr. Jessica Papillon-Smith for my procedure. They all are really knowledgeable, have answers to your questions or concerns. They took time to communicate and let me feel welcomed. They took good care of me. They gave all the printed pamphlets for information purposes so there is no chance you will miss any important point. They really very prepared for patient’s discharge I would say 10/10. This felt like a vacation vs a medical Procedure. Staff was attentive and well organized. Everything went very smoothly and I was calmly advised of everything at every step - was in and out with minimal symptoms or discomfort and the facilities were amazing. Also found parking without issue which was a concern I had going in. I thank the nurses and doctors who assisted me and would be happy if all my medical procedures were there !

Excellent, safe care. Professional team with good bedside manner from the admitting nurse, to the procedure room team to the recovery room nurses . Really appreciated that they did a proper time out before starting as a nurse myself. Very clean and well organised clinic. Only complaint was the main entrance secretary was kind of abrupt/ rude but that was only a very brief interaction. Overall excellent experience!

I had an orthopedic operation on my wrist here and the surgery went perfectly — the doctor and nurses were amazing. Unfortunately, I was not given my medical certificate after the operation, and despite calling several times every day for a week and sending two emails, I have received no call back. This lack of response has put me in a very difficult situation with my job. While the medical team is excellent, the follow-up and professionalism of the reception/assistants is extremely disappointing.
