Staff is amazing and so kind! Location is very clean and gorgeous (this has to be an old mansion - winding staircase is beautiful). Nice waiting area as well. Only thing I would suggest (and I told them) is to fix google cos address is 1558 (not 1550).
Fantastic experience at the clinic. This was my first surgery and the team were all very compassionate and caring. Highly recommend! The clinic itself is very clean and provides a much more calm environment than the hospital. As others have mentioned the Receptionist is quite abrupt and unfriendly.
Had my knee replaced by Dr Hart, he and his entire team were excellent, from the minute I walked in till the time I left. They were very pleasant and caring. A special Thank you to nurse Phoebe who was with me most of the time and gave me excellent care.
Amazing team! Friendly staff; they treat the patients and their families with genuine smiles every day and take care of them with empathy and generosity. From the initial entrance at the front desk, to pre-op, to post-op, the staff is professional, compassionate, and attentive to every detail. The overflow of biomedical waste from your garbage bins onto the sidewalks is not only unsightly but also highly disrespectful to the community. I recently had the opportunity to observe (over months) the external environment of your clinic, and I must express my deep concern about the evident lack of attention to waste management.
