I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Chelsea for all the hard amazing work she put into planning Chad and I’s honeymoon to Santorini Greece. Not only did she put so much love and thought into it she also stayed in contact the entire time we were there. There wasn’t one detail that she did not think of while we were there!! I'm just really disappointed that I never heard back from Kelsie after spending a lot of time talking with her about the trip and sending over details. She was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, but didn't come through. I was really counting on her to help me out before I went into a busy work season. The last time I heard from her on 2/1/25, she said she would get me something over that week. Unfortunately, that was the last time I heard from her. The owner of this company threatened to cancel me vacation over a disagreement about the amenities that were supposed to be provided. What a nasty bully the owner is!! I would not recommend them!

Worst travel agency. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Our trip was paid in full and after a disagreement with the owner, Lia Vincent, she threatened to unilaterally cancel our vacations. What a nasty, nasty woman!! Hard pass!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worked with Shannon Kittner on my Disney Vacation. She made the experience a nightmare and then cancelled my trip because I wanted to continue with my already existing payment plan and she was unable to accommodate and then told me “can’t you just put money aside” DO NOT RECOMMEND
