We have been Conrex/Vinebrook tenants for about 7 years. No complaints. Maintenance requests are responded to in short order and the online rent-pay portal works well.

I personally really like Vinebrook. Been with company for three years. Approval and move in was quick. Rent was best price and still have only had minor increases that are still below what is out there. Only two major issues and Vinebrook handled both the next day! No problems with making payments on the app. Besides not getting a move in sheet when we first came to express the pre-existing knicks, I have zero complaints and plan to stay with them.

April was great and very professional! I needed to have the house sprayed for rodents and they set an appointment immediately and came out and took care of us. I’m very happy.

Wouldnt have anything to do with this company due to 1 reason, taking my daughter to school and this person cuts me off making a uturn, making sure i knew they were better than everyone else who drives the right way in a school parking lot for drop off. Van number 2246 in spartanburg sc.
