To all prospective customers and partners: Just wanted to take a moment to share some of my recent experiences in woring with Vintage Moto in Clayton NC. First off the professionalism, from the moment I made the first phone inquiry, to the first time I visited the shop was amazing. The entire team is respectful and welcoming. They all seem to be fully aware of what "customer service" means. I was extremely impressed with the support provided by Pat, who spent time providing support that enabled me to send parts needed d... read more
Great group running this place. They have a diverse selection of bikes they work on and despite the name, they will work on some of the newer bikes! My partner was having a really bad day, so I tried fixing her bike with some old handlebars I had laying around. Found out the location of the holes drilled wouldn't match up with the new bars. These guys squeezed me in at the end of their Friday to help us out and did a great quick job helping me finish up what I started. They're passionate workers and they treat each other lik... read more
The consummate professionals. These people get it. No one works for free these days and, no one should. They charge a nominal fee for diagnostic purposes and then advise you as to what direction to take with the repair of your bike. They have decades of experience that you will not find anywhere else. Just remember that, you get what you pay for and , they are well worth it.
This place is a rip off. They will charge you $80.00 to diagnose the issue and never even look at your ATV/Quad. This is what happened to me: They stated “they looked at the brakes” when they never did. The hard evidence to this was when the brakes were actually looked at, the bolts hadn’t been touched, there were far more issues going on than what was so called “diagnosed.” They charged me $80.00 to roll my ATV in and issue some paperwork. This shop is crooked. Steer clear! Find a different shop. You will get robbed!
This place charges you to become a customer. No not charging you for the work yet. You have to pay 50$ just to get put in their computer and become a customer. This does not go toward your work or anything. You have to pay just to set an appointment and then get told how much they may charge you. That is despicable reactive and highway robbery.
