I love this place and the staff is wonderful and I am beyond happy to have them as my vet. The care is amazing. The only slight criticism is that they are SO busy that the hold or wait for questions or scheduling over the phone is oftentimes long. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else though.
First time visit for urgent care - they worked my two dogs in and gave great care. I really appreciated how well we were treated especially since we hadn’t been there before. Will not hesitate to bring my dogs there again.
I live in Vinton Virginia and I have a cat I call him. Charlie the cat 😺. So I go to the Vinton veterinary hospital. There service are wonderful. My Charlie a couple of years ago got crystals in his bladder where he had to have surgery a very expensive surgery. he had to stay overnight at the veterinarian. they told me he was a handful but they took great care of him and they have ever since then he goes there once a year to get his rabies shot and to give checkup shot cuz he has a prescription food they are a wonderful bun... read more

I brought my pup in for an unexpected injury and was able to get in right away! We were in and out! Very pleased with the staff! Everyone was very nice at the front desk even though the office was very busy! That is 5 star! The vet tech and Dr.Snead were very nice as well! Overall was a great experience! They took very good care of my precious boy! ❤️
We have been using VVH since the late 80’s, no reason to go anywhere else
