Every visit to Vinton Vet the team goes above and beyond. Regardless of how busy they are, I always feel like I'm their only client once in the exam room. They take their time and are extremely thorough. Thank you to the entire team for all that you do!
Highly Recommend! Dr Gallagher and staff genuinely care about the animals as well as the human parents. Dr Gallagher called multiple times during the days and evenings to let me know how my very sick kitty was doing during his 6 day stay at the hospital. He always explained exactly what was going on and listened to my concerns as well. The staff is always friendly and professional! This vet hospital is a 10/10 5⭐️!

I just wanted to say… my husband had found a young kitten on the side of the road and brought it home. Quickly we found the kitten to be in poor shape. I called our vet, several others and even angels and all I was told was they was full. Even after I expressed how sick he was. I called and spoke with Dianna and I cannot express how sweet and kind that lady was to me. I love Vinton Veterinary Hospital! My cat Annabelle had some facial swelling and would not eat and I called to get an appointment for her they saw her the same day and did not charge a bunch of money even though it was an emergency visit. The staff are all very friendly and gentle. They are very thorough and yet no big bill at the end. They even administered the medication in a shot so there is no chasing her around daily to try to force her to take medicine. Annabelle is already starting to feel better today.
