Our rescue Maddie has anxiety when having any type of grooming done. The staff at VIP Petcare is so wonderful when doing Maddie's nails. I am able to sit on the floor at her head and talk to her while one tech holds her and the other does the nails. No other place we've encountered has allowed that kind of interaction and we're so grateful.
