Everyone was professional and kind. One tech got our information right away and was sweet with my dog. Dr. P was gentle and caring with Daisy's ear infection. She gave me clear instructions and how to keep her ears dry. The techs would play and talk to Daisy during the exam to keep her busy. They were so great with my beloved fur baby. Wonderful vet and techs here!! Also, I love the reasonable and affordable rates! Thank you!!

The staff and Doctor were amazing. They were so kind and patient with my dog Oliver who gets very nervous around other dogs. They even helped to remove some matting around his ears as he had recently had an ear infection and the medicine spilled making the fur sticky. Highly recommend this place!

Terribly disorganized place. They don't always answer phones. They don't take appointments. I telephoned for a week for information with no answer. This Center has a quite wide patient territory, covering many cities and towns. They also have a first come, first served policy. So if you drive a long distance, you're gambling that you'll be turned away. The veterinarian was quite unprofessional because I complained about this inconsiderate practice. Dr was very nice and professional as well as staff. I’m surprised I didn’t have to wait much and they were even caring about our another dog that didn’t have to do anything. He was nervous for his brother being seen by vets. Very reasonable price.

The most wonderful team of very caring people - both to the anxious pet owners and to the dear animals. My previous experience at another VIP pet are center was bad. In contrast, the Danville care team were exemplary. In addition, the doctor was so good. Knowledgeable of course, and polite. Other vets I’ve seen before, seem to to be too impolite and in a mad hurry. The staff here took time to console my dogs.
