My first time coming here the staff was wonderful answer all questions went over care instructions carefully took time and explained the appointment. Recommended things that I needed for my dog.left their a proud mama of my lovely dog.will definitely continue her care there. And will and have recommended my friends.
My local vet wanted over $400 to do my cat's bloodwork; something I just couldn't afford. VIP did it for $129. The journey was long for us to get there – over a 1/2 hr – and the wait was long too – an hour or so– but my kitty was a trooper and I saved quite a bit of money. And they let us wait in the back where it was quiet and without any dogs. Really nice people.
It was my first time going there. The doctor and nurses were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with my dogs ear infection, I wish they had a closer location to where I live, I had to drive 40 minutes to get there and 40 minutes back with Bay Area traffic.
This was Sammy's first time to have his nails clipped and he DID NOT LIKE IT. The vet and her staff went above and beyond to get the job done without hurting him or scaring him. He wasn't easy but they were all wonderful! They will go home with the scratches to prove how fabulous they are. Thank you all!
Very fast wait times and very friendly staff. The staff treated my kitten with love and care and gave him plenty of treats when he was being vaccinated. Highly recommended
