Uneventful exam. Got the shots we needed. Got checked out and all good to go. Dr Pace did a good look over. The office is very friendly and accommodating.
I contacted VIPets the morning after a late-nite visit to a 24/7 veterinary emergency hospital (animal ER was poor service, no testing offered, hands-off, no diagnosis except to say ‘probably cancer’). VIPets got me an immediate appointment, and Dr. Pace did comprehensive hands-ON testing and confronted the problem head on. She sent us home with a prescription, pending tests, and peace of mind. Emma and other techs were wonderful!
We took our two cats to the previous clinic and were so happy to learn that Dr. LeMaistre and Becky were back at a new place. Our cats can be difficult to deal with at the vet, and we wanted a place that would be patient with our kitties. Dr. LeMaistre and Becky always deal so well with our difficult cats. I took my pet to Dr. Julia LeMaistre and her staff when they were part of a different organization and I was so relieved that they would be continuing their work with VIPets! I couldn't imagine taking my Bella to anyone else! I took her in today and the entire staff were so welcoming both to me and my "special needs" pet. Dr. Pace and the staff at VIPets were quick to get my sick elderly dog into the clinic for assessment and were thorough, professional and so compassionate when delivering unfortunately bad news about my dogs condition and diagnosis. Dr. Pace called Blue Pearl emergency hospital to give them a report so they would be ready for us. Highly recommend
