Make sure you pay attention to what the people leaving 1 star are saying because I wish I would have before picking this office. I wonder why some people are treated in a way that makes them want to leave 5 stars while others are being treated so poorly. The actual visit was my first time visit with this dental practice. It was the preliminary visit and all very polite and professional. This is the 3rd dental practice I have dealt with as an adult and after I separated from the service. The first I was with for decades until the practice closed after the dentist died. The second was a good but short tenure due to insurance company issues. This is the 3rd practice and my 1st actual visit to them. Amazing experience, amazing customer service. The staff was friendly, very informative, polite, and professional. The dentist was an absolute breath of fresh air after going to a previous dental office. I had a terrible experience. He explained everything to me. He worked with me and he was able to save my tooth and make sure that my smile was amazing in the future 10 out of 10 recommend for anybody.
I called this morning for the first time ans ask person do they accept Medicaid for adults and she explained that they just don't make an appointment for new patients to get a cleaning I understand that she repeated twice the same thing. I understand its a process, but when you are working with the public you have yo have top tier customer service. I hung up the phone after the poor service I received, clearly shes in the wrong field, or this company needs to handle the receptionist she was very nasty. I dont recommend this... read more
