Cant even give me the proper care. Cant even find a place that takes me my insurance for sedation. Told me to call to schedule appointment just to be told no we arent taking new patients. Yall dont even care about mental health. Bc yall just throw us to the curb. Treat us more differently then all the rest. Got looked weird just for having severe anxiety. I called at least 20 different dentistries in the area trying to find a place that accepts my insurance. Finally one of the places I called recommended Virginia Family Dental to me. The receptionist who scheduled my appointment was very nice and was able to get me in the following month and I was really happy to finally find a place that not only accepts my insurance, but could get me in within the year (yes, YEAR! I had a dental emergency just days before a big meeting and was in disarray. With the help of all the amazing people at this office, I was treated quickly. They made sure I was comfortable, the dental issue was repaired, and they treated me so kindly throughout. I am just so overjoyed at the quality of work that I received and the customer service. I called this afternoon to schedule an appointment. I explained I just had a cleaning a week prior somewhere else, but wanted to switch to a different practice due to the other dental office not fully performing cleanings and had not polished my teeth any of the times I was scheduled for cleanings (even after advocating for myself). I made an appointment for my adult disabled brother. On the phone I made it clear he is disabled and that he needs special care and attention and what insurance he has so they scheduled him for July 23rd at 11:30. My mom showed up with my brother at 11:33 and the front desk receptionist was extremely angry at my mother and brother.
