I had a great experience at VB Family Dental. The doctor and hygienist were both fantastic—very professional, gentle, and thorough. The front desk staff was mostly friendly and helpful, making the check-in and scheduling process smooth. However, I did have a less-than-pleasant interaction with one staff member, Jennifer. Each time I spoke with her, she seemed to have an attitude, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Nice experience each time I go. My hygienist is extremely good - knowledgeable, personable, and is very in tune to her patient's comfort while performing her work. Dentist is very pleasant, thorough and reasonable in recommending urgent vs non-urgent procedures. Desk staff extremely cordial and accommodating.
Dr. Katz was phenomenal. Besides being super understanding, he was very thorough and direct with the treatment plan and options for fixing my smile. I left feeling like we had a solid plan in place and so grateful for all of his kindness. I didn’t feel like he was telling me what I wanted to hear but rather he was confident in what his team could accomplish in the timeframe I gave. I am so happy I reached out to this practice and look forward to building a long lasting relationship.
My FAVORITE CREW everyone is so nice and friendly soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile. They make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you have! They have provided me with excellent service every time! I’m really thinking about switching my son here.
