I asked a friend who she sees and she recommended Virginia to me. My first appt with Virginia was a positive experience. She made me feel comfortable in her presence, she is non-judgmental and easy to talk to. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to follow my friend’s advice.
I had a work-related issue and called to schedule an appointment. I was told my insurance was accepted. The day and morning of my appointment, my paperwork was being finalized and I could not find insurance carrier. No one called me about that so as I am trying to check-in I could not be verified on their kiosk nor the QRCODE. I was very apprehensive about seeking therapy and this was my first experience. I felt a sense of calm and reassurance immediately from Ms. Eldridge. She allowed me to voice my concerns and provided me tools to help with my anxiety. I look forward to working with her to continue on this road of healing.
My therapist Virginia Eldridge showed up 10 minutes late for our virtual appointment. She didn’t have the camera on for half of the meeting and proceeded to spend a majority of the meeting talking to me about the amount of money, she was losing doing a virtual visit and insisted that I come in person because she doesn’t wanna work for 30% less when she did turn the camera on she was completing my session while driving her car. I will never use therapeutic services from her again"
Terrible experience. She was rude, confrontational, and took no time to understand the issue before spending a very inflammatory hour with us. My spouse and I were appalled by the treatment.
