I'm not sure if it was the Charlottesville or Harrisonburg group that came out here, but clearly they don't check their schedule accurately and just start working on a yard without verifying it's the right house. They were evidently scheduled for our neighbor but started on OUR lawn because "the GPS took me here and my schedule says house #15"- you don't check the house number before working? After my neighbor and I both spent 900.00 last year to see that Home Pride came out a whopping one time to get a start on our yards, here we are. I have many bare spots, TONS of thistles (where you can't even wear flip flops in the yard), and nothing but clover. Our entire yard is weeds or bare, and honestly, it's better than our neighbors. It's very unfortunate a local company will take people's money and this is their results... embarrassing if you ask me.
