I test weekly and enjoy the convience of these services. The staff are very professional and they are doing a great job at my location. I appreciate their time. I am very satisfied with Virus Geeks. My test results come back to me within 24 hours 9 out of 10 times. Thank you.
Getting pre test info was a bit of a challenge except at their 800 number. Staff at testing site were very helpful. Got results in about 24 hours though staff tells you 2-3 working days. Overall good experience
Absolutely Zero Star. They have not sent any bills to me and they sent all the bills directly to a debt collector. I called their customer servce. They said that they do not send any bills to their customers so they sent my bills to the debt collector. They said that I should talk with the debt collector. Very frustrating.
A warning to all who go through testing with Virus Geeks. Apparently, they submit paperwork for payment to your insurance company in a manner that your insurance company will send the payment check to you. You are then supposed to write a check to Virus Geeks. You will never get a bill from Virus Geeks, but you will get a notice from a collection agency stating that you owe Virus Geeks the amount identified. False-negative results! Im very positive with COVID (confirmed by two other tests) and I got tested TWICE from Virus Geeks and TWICE I get a negative result. I have had a PCR done the SAME DAY from another party and a rapid test done at another clinic on the same days I got my Virus Geek tests and and am VERY POSITIVE. I got a PCR COVID test from Virus Geeks at the ********************** on 1/11/22. They verbally told me that the results would be available in 3 days. Today is 1/16/22, 5 days since the test. Still no results. It seems like most people who were tested by Virus Geeks are experiencing similar problems. Read the Yelp and Nextdoor reviews. Not receiving any test results after 5 days is unacceptable. It totally defeats the purpose of testing since you are supposed to quarantine for 5 days if you have the virus. Its been 5 days since the test was taken and weve heard nothing. Ive called numerous times with no response. Weve gotten another test done in the meantime. Poor customer service.
Over a week with no covid test results. No response to support inquiries.
They do not answer their phone nor do they return phone messages. Virus Geeks promises test results in 1-2 days. Its now been 4 days, and I need to work. Am I spreading covid? Who knows.
