Virus Geeks provided service for us at work. Every worker I dealt with at each of our sites were super friendly and easy to work with. Outside of a couple of times, test results were really quick to come back and I had no issues.
I would give them zero stars if I could. I am having surgery, and had to get a PCR test. This company was recommended by our local urgent care. I called them before going for the test, and was told that the turnaround time has been about 24 hours at this time. The hospital called about the test results, and I told them I was waiting, but anticipated getting the results today. ***update****** 3/31/22 Results are back to less than 24 hours! I have to get tested multiple times a week and virus Geeks is my go to, they have multiple locations open everyday and the process is so QUICK & PAINLESS. no lines, nice employees who are always very helpful. I've been testing with Virus Geeks almost weekly since August (due to having a school aged child). I've done a few different locations, some drive up, some walk up and have always had a good experience. It was quick and easy to do. I get a text confirming the sample and then another one when my results are ready. Except for during the height of the wave in January, I always receive my results within the specified 48 hours and oftentimes within 24 hours. These guys are great for getting your Covid tests done. Once you are registered after the first time, all other visits are really fast for getting the test processed. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the process is really simple. They send you good communication via text and email which is helpful. The results are usually back with a day or so. I've used them several times at the Chinatown location and am always satisfied with the whole process and quick results.
