Visited Vision on Koornang for the 1st time yesterday. Daniel was very helpful and patient in explaining my options & did not apply pressure to make a decision and purchase on the spot. I did however purchase a new pair of glasses yesterday. In summary l was happy l made the decision to try out Vision on Koornang. If you have complex vision needs it is certainly valuable to go to a place that provides personalised service & not feel rushed. I'll definitely be back!
I had multi-focal sunglasses lens fitted to frames I provided and service was prompt and professional, good feedback on collection time, cost competitive. The new glasses work well on sunny days, success.
