Instead of actually fixing property and the lighting of the building, our maintenance staff member AMY thought this was ok to leave as is. This place is horrible! Had the manager Lisa look at my apartment to fix things, we made arrangements and I took a day off work for them to not go by our arrangement and didn’t even do the work that day. 0 star review really.. Almost a month after move out the company is still ignoring all attempts to contact them about the move out bill they sent charging me for things I put work orders in for but they were unable to complete while we lived at the complex. They specifically said, "Dont worry, we won't charge you at move out. We have the work orders and know you attempted to have it fixed during your lease." They made horrible excuses for the charges and just sent the bill for collections ignoring everything.
I went on several apartment tours this last weekend. All fell really short of expectations and I felt like a number instead of an individual. Lisa was so incredibly helpful, took me at the end of the day and answered all my questions. I’m early in my looking for a new place to call home but will very likely be applying here when the time comes.
MOVE OUT EDIT: 1000% would never recommend anyone move in here. There are many nicer apartments in the area. They may be a little cheaper here, but it's not worth it. Of course, now they are trying to charge us for things they said we would not be charged for upon move out. Trust me here, look elsewhere for your new home!! EDIT: After speaking with the new office manager, she convinced me to let the "amazing" new maintenance staff try to fix things in the apartment. Things still aren't fixed. Lisa was phenomenal during the tour, application process, and move in. There was a weird glitch during our application and Lisa was very patient and professional while we got it all squared away. We moved in a few days ago and are loving the area. It’s very kid friendly with 2 parks, a splash pool, and a place to let my toddler run. The apartment itself is spacious with lots of storage. I particularly love the full laundry room with the deep sink. Great price for the square footage. We’re happy to be here!
