Instead of actually fixing property and the lighting of the building, our maintenance staff member AMY thought this was ok to leave as is. This place is horrible! Had the manager Lisa look at my apartment to fix things, we made arrangements and I took a day off work for them to not go by our arrangement and didn’t even do the work that day. In February of 2025, my family and I moved into Vista's at Stony Creek Apartments. In my 8 plus decades of life, this was one of the best decisions I ever made. My daughter, Beth, and her daughter, Serena, also agree that their decisions to move here was a great decision. Our apartment is comfortable, clean, and cozy. We moved here in August, and have had mostly great experiences! Any maintenance issues are remedied quickly. We had our heater malfunction during a cold spell and they were there first thing in the morning to repair! Office staff is ALWAYS more than helpful anytime I reach out as well. My ONLY complaint is the trash. I know it isn't totally their fault, but people just throw it right out front of the bins constantly and it looks so bad sometimes. I would still renew my lease when the time comes though!
This is the Best ran Apartment complex that I’ve experienced in the Littleton area. Lisa and the current maintenance crew are always helpful, ready to assist you with any concerns or need that arises and treat the tenants as people not just another number and for profit 💰💰. 0 star review really.. Almost a month after move out the company is still ignoring all attempts to contact them about the move out bill they sent charging me for things I put work orders in for but they were unable to complete while we lived at the complex. They specifically said, "Dont worry, we won't charge you at move out. We have the work orders and know you attempted to have it fixed during your lease." They made horrible excuses for the charges and just sent the bill for collections ignoring everything.
