Relied on Yelp to find a decent and moderate Italian restaurant as we were visiting Grapevine from out of town and meeting friends that live in Plano. This was a perfect pick as our food was delicious, service was excellent and we weren't rushed at all although I think the four of us occupied our table for well over two hours and the place was packed the whole time. Went to Cafe Italia on 26 for the first time last night with a group of old friends. OMG! Everything was wonderful. The menu had so many delicious sounding options, it was hard to make a choice. I had chicken Genovese and it was delicious, the portion was so generous that I'll have it for lunch today! At the end of the meal we had an impromptu magic show provided by one of the staff members! Love Cafe Italia! This is my second time here and we were celebrating a family birthday. We came the first time to celebrate a wedding. The food is delicious and the staff is very attentive. The ambiance is great. Small restaurant so feels very cozy. The bread is fresh and warm. I ate the rigatoni alla vodka and it was SO GOOD! I had enough for leftovers. Nick performed a small magic show for us and it was mind blowing. Our server Albert was very nice and sang Happy Birthday with our party. We will definitely be back!

My husband organized the most amazing evening with Cafe Italia's help! A few days ago, he dropped off our wine & pre-pre-ordered our food, pre-paid & made all the arrangements, without my knowing. Albert was our waiter & he was amazing! The table was setup so pretty when we arrived with our wine (mine already chilled). The food was great! Nice authentic Italian food and not too greasy or heavy. The mood was very romantic yet busy but surprisingly didn't hinder the vibe. Service was fast and we were given refills and checked on within decent timing.

Pizza is delicious! Staff is very friendly. Definitely some of my favorite pizza. Pickup is a separate door so you're not navigating around people waiting for the dining room. I do wish they had a cauliflower crust, but, it's ok. The sauce on the pizza is perfect with the most perfect layer of cheese.
